She Is Free Night

Friday, MAY 3

We will always be a Sisterhood of women, yet at the same time, we are uniquely called as a company of women to gather around freedom and liberty in Christ, not just in the Fall at the She Is Free Conference, but in the Spring time, as the women of Liberty Church.

Welcome to the first
she is free night

Friday, May 3rd

29 Jay St. Brooklyn at 7pm

Tickets $15

Join us as we host TWO important and timely discussions for the women in our church. One discussion will be on marriage & motherhood and the second discussion will be on singleness + dating. We believe there is something for every woman to hear in these trusted spaces & conversations.

Kat Harris is a Brooklyn-based online educator, digital content creator, female empowerment advocate...She loves Jesus, a good Beyoncé dance party, + has an affinity for Ranch dressing (don't take it away from her!). Her vision is for women to know their beauty, identity and value. She is Co-Founder of the online publication The Refined Woman and host of The Refined Collective Podcast. She believes in the power of story, that done is better than perfect, quality triumphs quantity, and that the journey truly is the destination. The vehicles for her message are: her online courses, written articles, hosted leadership development workshops, speaking at conferences, and more. It has become a bigger passion in her life than she ever could have imagined.

Hi, I'm Leslie. Mom to Colette "Coco" (4.5 years) and Oliver (2.5 year) and wife of 9 years to Peter. I'm actually a native New Yorker, born here in the city and lived here until I was 2 before my family moved to California. I moved back to the city almost 13 years ago to fulfill my dream of living and working here as well as pursuing my graduate studies at NYU. I am currently the Associate Creative Director at Eileen Fisher leading the overall creative direction and the graphic design team. My family and I are proudly dedicated to the Liberty Upper West Side Community.

Camille Johnson

Camille is a southerner taking root in Brooklyn, NY with her hot husband, Steve, and their rescue dog, Anchovy. She is a gregarious people lover and curious thinker, who thrives on having authentic conversations that bring hope and healing. Currently, she works in fundraising with an NYC-based leading global refugee relief organization where she gets the privilege to share stories of families from all over the world being rescued from harm. Camille is passionate about quality-time, travel, music, racial reconciliation, food, business, fashion, and Jesus (in no particular order).

Katie Brown

Katie has felt called to work with children from the time she was a little girl herself, and has cared for and educated kids for most of her life. She's been a Jumpstart team member, a Pre-K teacher, a nanny, and even the director of Liberty Kids. She currently stays home with her two beautiful adopted daughters and adores (almost) every minute of it! Katie loves nothing more than advocating for children and families. She is a champion of adoption, and pre-adoptive, adoptive, and birth families (an adoption doula, if you will).

Damaris Giha

Raised an hour north of NYC in a small suburban town that sounds like a hot dog condiment, Damaris has been in and around the city for the last nine years. She loves outdoor adventures, building life-giving friendships with other awesome women, and seeking and spreading truth. By day, she works in advertising at the wonderful Droga5, but by night, she’s a singer/songwriter slowly working on releasing her own music this year. She is firmly planted at Liberty Church UWS and leads the Production team there, and when she’s not writing music, you can catch her reading a Harry Potter installment for the first time, or at a dance class.

Joy Attmore is a writer and author of ‘Broken by Beauty’. Born in England, but now residing in New York City with her LA native husband, Phillip Attmore, Joy is passionate about communicating from a place of vulnerability and empowering people to own their own stories. Having worked in the non-profit sector for over a decade, helping women transition out of the sex industry, she has a huge heart for justice, restoration, rediscovering purity and seeing women living in freedom! Joy is the Director of Care for Liberty Church Global, as well as the Director of Treasures NYC, a ministry focused on reaching out to women in the strip club industry, and is committed to being a bridge between faith and secular communities.

Joy has also served on staff at the Pasadena International House of Prayer, as a returning guest speaker at the IRIS Artist Bootcamp, SoCalSSM, Bethel Church in Redding, CA, and a workshop leader for Shining Light Ministries - an organization using the creative arts process to love on and bring healing to those currently incarcerated.

Brianne Brown

Brianne is a passable parent of 3 living in Harlem. By day she is an administrative assistant at a software consulting company and by night she can be heard saying "what?" and "stop meowing like a kitty and answer me in English," around the clock while she fights a losing battle with laundry. Passionate about creating normalcy around parenting, Brianne strives to show other parents that you don't have to be perfect to be a great parent and raise amazing kids.

Chelsea is a native Texan and "official" New Yorker having lived in the city for the past ten years. Currently, she is the Director of Liberty Foundation, the missions organization of Liberty Church. In 2016, Chelsea went on a Liberty missions trip to India where she not only fell in love with missions work, but also Davis - her now husband who she met on that trip! The couple will celebrate their one year anniversary this June! Chelsea loves Jesus, her husband, tacos, and karaoke in that order.

Wife, mom, pastor, author, speaker and founder of She Is Free, Andi loves to rally people to the cause of Christ and see them awaken fully to the freedom they have in Him.

Andi is the cofounder and copaster with her husband, Paul, of the multisite Liberty Church, established in 2010. In 2015 she launched the She is Free Conference, in order to equip women to find freedom, strength, and wholeness in spirit, soul, and body.

A frequent speaker all over the world, she and Paul have four children and live in Brooklyn, NY
